Venture House for Rainbow, Brownie ad Guide holidays, which can also be used by other groups, subject to availability. Sleeps 25.

Three equipped campsites suitable for Guide or Senior Section camping and Brownie Holidays under canvas. One unequipped site for Guide/Senior Section camping.

Unequipped camping areas suitable for Duke of Edinburgh Award expedition camps (weekends and weekdays by arrangement).

Paxhill Cottage where Guiders and Trefoil Guild members and their families and friends can spend a weekend or more. Sleeps 6.

The Den which can be used by Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Rangers and Young Leaders. Church Youth Groups and School groups can book by arrangement. Sleeps 15.

Caravan which can be used for holidays or overflow accommodation. Sleeps 6-8.

Kinder View which is basic indoor sleeping accommodation, can also be used for day events - booking as for Ranger Den. Sleeps 24.

Werneth Lodge. New award winning building for use as storm shelter for Birch and Oak Campsites during camping season. Can also be booked for trainings, meetings, days out etc.

There are flush toilets and showers and separate facilities for male campers. Other groups may book by arrangement.

The Den can be used by members of the Senior Section, Guides, Brownies or other organisations and is equipped to accommodate 15 people. The main bedroom sleeps 8 people (bunk beds), a small bedroom has 2 bunk beds, plus 3 chair beds and 2 studio couches in the lounge.

The large lounge has a dining area. Bathroom has 3 washbasins, shower unit and 2 toilets (one with wheelchair access). The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, water heater, electric toasters and fitted units. Adequate cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. Heating is by storage heaters and other electric heaters. Booking fees include the cost of electricity.

Each bed has two pillows, duvet and blanket but visitors should provide sheets or sleeping-bags, pillow cases, towels etc.

Guiders applying to book must hold appropriate qualifications for the Section they are accompanying to the Den.

The Ranger den is available all year except December and January.

Guiders applying to book must hold the appropriate qualifications for the section they are accompanying to the Venture House and all adults on residential events must be registered Guiders/unit helpers and/ or have completed the CRB procedure through Girlguiding UK.
